Foggy Stage

Foggy Stage

and his ruling team, had added a sort of fogginess on the future of the several international dossiers which submit to the direct intervention of Washington.‏

Everyone knows that the US foreign policy mirrored the heaviest influence on the results of the elections because of its rippling effects on the US society and on the image of the United States in the world.‏

Because of this, there are two opinions arguing about the end to which the outcome of these dossiers will reach. The first opinion believe that Bush and his administration have entered a stage of marking time awaiting the clarity of the battle coupled with the (Democratic) opponents’ receiving of the reigns of the congress.‏

The second opinion states that because Bush has admitted to the defeat of his party and extended his cooperative hand to the democrats, there is no doubt that he, during his and his party’s tenure, which means until the end of this year, will seek after achieving that which he can in order to avoid entering a bazaar with his opponents. The opinion refers to his hurry in urging the present congress to vote in favor of extending John Bolton’s period as a US representative to the United Nations before the end of the year. He is also after the approval of decisions relating to “terrorism.”‏

Based on this issue, the region will be experiencing 45 days of vigilance and anticipation of that which may stem from the mind of Bush, which is being described by several intellectuals as mad enough to involve his country and the region in gravities, the magnitude of which can only be known by God.‏

Regardless of the correctness of any opinion, the opposition forces in the region that managed to frustrate the US schemes at their peak will not weaken or wait. Instead, they will continue advancing as well as finishing the remainder of these schemes, exploiting as well this period of fogginess.‏
